Key Terms Summary
Luxe Concierge is a specialized event management and coordination layer acting as intermediary between you and third-party service providers
Services include on-ground coordination, VIP logistics, incident management, vendor oversight, and expense monitoring
LuxeVenue acts as facilitator and is not the actual vendor delivering on-ground services
LuxeVenue is not liable for vendor defaults, no-shows, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control
Service is provided on best-efforts basis; liability, if any, is limited and excludes bundled third-party costs
You authorize Luxe Concierge to make coordination and emergency decisions to reduce event disruption
Service fee becomes non-refundable once concierge assignment and active coordination begins
You remain responsible for statutory licenses, permits, and on-site legal compliance
Luxe Concierge may withdraw if the event becomes illegal, unsafe, or presents hostile operating conditions
I authorize Luxe Concierge to act as my official representative for vendor coordination, logistics management, and emergency decision-making for this event
I acknowledge that LuxeVenue is a facilitator and coordination layer, not the actual vendor delivering services. LuxeVenue is not liable for third-party vendor performance, defaults, or force majeure events
I understand that the Concierge service fee is non-refundable once coordination begins and resources are allocated to my event
I accept full responsibility for all on-site costs, statutory licenses, permits, and legal compliance required for this event
